Build strength, improve cardiovascular endurance, and burn calories like crazy in this athletic workout at the Y. Our fitness instructors will challenge you with multi-level cycling and intervals on a specialized stationary bike. Indoor cycling is great for people of all abilities.

A Typical Cycling Class
Classes are held in the fitness studio, where powerful music creates an energized atmosphere. Positions include: seated where the hands are resting on the center of the handle bars, standing with hands are light on the handlebars, and standing with the body extended over the handles.
