Senior Cardio Fit: A cardio class designed for the active older adult.
Slow Impact Fitness: This great total-body workout is for anyone young at heart. The class combines fitness and fun activities that improve cardiovascular health and overall strength, including low-impact exercises like step aerobics and resistance training.
Tai Chi: Movement for Better Balance is an exercise program with no strenuous action, no jumps, no running and no impact. Tai Chi promotes the circulation of chi, or life energy, within the body, and encourages vitality. The feet are rooted to the earth, and the participants’ graceful arms = poetry. This class is excellent to help promote balance, and for active older adults.
