The Daily Family YMCA has amenities for young and old, individuals and families, including a fitness center, basektball gym, group exercise classes, indoor pool, whirlpool, dry sauna, wet sauna, locker rooms, family locker rooms, Play & Learn childcare while you work out, playground, soccer and baseball fields, indoor track, summer day camp, before-and after school care and a Child Development Center.

  • Multiple Sclerosis-Specialized Aqua Class
Tuesdays 6-7pm. Ease the physical symptoms of MS and improve your emotional outlook through gentle, low impact, aqua exercises. Water allows those with MS to move in ways they may not be able to on land. MS-specialized Aquatic classes are taught by instructors trained in the delivery of specific exercises and movements appropriate for those with Multiple Sclerosis. Aquatic exercise gives you the opportunity to work on balance, resistance, & more.

Summer is here! The Daily Family YMCA is excited to have organized STEM, crafts, and physical fitness! Your children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, will have a blast this summer with activities such as 30 Days of LEGO Challenges, How to Make Your Own Colorful Sand, and organized PE games in the gym during Play and Learn hours. Bring your whole family to the Daily Family YMCA and make this a summer to remember!"

  • Enroll Now: Summer Swim Lessons
America's swim instructor. Home to the world's first group Swim Lessons, the Y has a long history and excellent reputation of teaching people how to swim. Children are grouped together based on their age and ability level. The Y offers both group lessons and private lessons.
  • Broken Arrow - Outdoor Summer Swim Lessons
Our goal is to develop competent and confident swimmers. Children are introduced to the water through a graduated series of lessons developed and standardized by the YMCA of the USA. The program is divided into age groups, and children move through the levels at their own pace as their abilities and skills grow.
