The YMCA has served Tulsans in the heart of historic downtown Tulsa for over 100 years. The current Downtown Y provides a connection with our historic past in downtown Tulsa as well as a facility full of energy and opportunity to assist our members in meeting their goals.

YMCA members who come to the Downtown YMCA branch enjoy over 23,000 square feet of activities that encourage a healthy spirit, mind and body. Y members also enjoy group exercise classes as part of their membership, a fitness center, whirlpool, dry sauna, full locker room facilities, Personal Trainers on-site, and more. The Downtown Y does not have a garage; members use on-street parking.

  • New additions to the 2018 Group Exercise Schedule
With New Year's resolutions, comes new Group Exercise classes and Small Group training opportunities. The new group exercise schedule will run January through April, as we launch new programs and new training opportunities. We are adding an 11:30am-12:10pm Gentle Yoga with Paul on Tue/Thurs and a Foam Rolling class during the lunch hour on Mondays and Fridays (exact time TBD). Time: TBD.
