ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Focused, skill-building, performance enhancing Athletic training for all levels ages 6 and up who are looking to build skill sets and understand any form of sport activities. Resistance training is all about using your body to increase speed, agility, jumping, flexibility and fundamentals in sports. Results-based training with trainers that have trained athletes for more than fifteen years. For ages 10+, youth can be trained for a variety of skill sets including: Football—quarterback, receiver, DB; Basketball—Point guard, Point; Baseball—infield and outfield. Individualized or Buddy training to maximize skill sets, results and in order to design specific training.
