Fall 2017 Running Groups

Who says running can’t be fun? Are you new to running and need some training? Have you been running for a while and need a new goal or some accountability? Let’s enjoy the beautiful, new road and learn how to run injury-free and be as safe as possible, all with a group and coaches who will encourage you. The Dickenson Family YMCA offers running training on Mondays and Wednesdays (5:30 p.m.) or Tuesdays and Thursdays (5:30 p.m.), beginning the week of Sept. 11. We offer Couch to 5K, and for those who want a little more, 5K to 10K. The goal race for training will be the Hog Jog at the Owasso YMCA (5K) on Thanksgiving Day, November 23. Start your Fall Fitness plan off right and sign up now!

· Cost: $60 member, $70 non-member (DOES NOT INCLUDE RACE FEE)

WHEN: starts the week of Sept. 11 - week of Nov. 20 (10 weeks)

· M/W at 5:30 p.m. with Amelie (starts 9/11/17)

· T/R at 5:30 p.m. with Jamye (starts 9/12/17)
