Fall brings NEW classes to your Dickenson YMCA!

We are proud to announce two new Mind & Body classes—both taught by Certified Instructors.

Y-Barre: this class is an exceptional one-hour regime of ballet, Pilates, strength and flexibility training using a ballet barre.

Pilates Fusion: begin your fitness experience with a yoga-based warm-up. You will then move to movements that incorporate traditional and non-traditional Pilates movements.  This class will help you increase balance, work on posture, and feel more centered.

 WHEN: Beginning the week of September 25

September 26: Y-Barre is Tuesdays at 6:30pm with Michele

September 28: Pilates Fusion is Thursdays at 10:40am with Kellie
