This 8-week or 12-week weightlifting class helps women build strength & transform their bodies. Iron Girls work to improve posture, increase strength, and lose mass. This fall, we offer Iron Girls 1 for beginners, and Iron Girls 2, which is designed for women who have previously completed Iron Girls sessions. You'll see the biggest transformation to your body in years and get ready to conquer the holidays. Iron Girls learn proper exercise form & technique in classes taught by certified instructors.

Cost: $120 for Y members; $160 for non-members

8-WEEK OPTION: 3 days a week (Sept. 11 - Nov. 3)

M/W/F at 5:30 a.m. Iron Girls 2 with Alissa

12-WEEK OPTION: 2 days a week (Sept. 11- Nov. 27)

· T/R at 5:45 a.m. Iron Girls 1 with Jamye

· T/R at 9:30 a.m. Iron Girls 1 with Andrew (Play & Learn open)

· M/W at 6:15 p.m. Iron Girls 1 with Ray (Play & Learn open)
