Power Men

This 8-week or 12-week weightlifting class helps men build strength, improve form and enhance lifting techniques. Power Men work to improve posture, increase strength, lose fat and gain mass. You'll see the biggest transformation to your body in years and get ready to conquer the holidays. Power Men learn proper exercise form & technique in classes taught by certified personal trainers.

Cost: $120 for Y members; $160 for non-members

All classes begin the week of September 11

8-WEEK OPTION: 3 days a week (Sept. 11 –  Nov. 3) - M/W/F at 6:30 a.m. Power Men  with Alissa

12-WEEK OPTION: 2 days a week (Sept. 11 -  Nov. 27) - T/R at 8:30 a.m. Power Men with Andrew (Play & Learn open)
