Membership for All is our scholarship program, created to ensure YMCA services are accessible to all members of the community, and that no one is excluded because of inability to pay full membership rates. 

How to Apply:

1. Print this Membership For All Application or pick one up from the Member Services desk.

2. Bring your most recent year’s tax return, or most recent proof of income.

3. Come to a YMCA near you to join!

The monthly draft payment plan is a continuous membership or program payment plan and will continue unless the YMCA is NOTIFIED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR NEXT DRAFT. Cancellations are accepted in person, by completed cancellation form, by letter, or via fax with handwritten signature. The YMCA reserves the right to change bank draft fees with a 30-day notice to members.
