An all-levels flow with mindful movement and modifications offered, wrapped up with a few Yin poses and a restful out Savasana.
Boot Camp
A complete total body workout to help you get in shape or challenge your body to reach its fullest potential! This outdoor boot camp style class is a high intensity mix of cardio endurance, plyometrics and agility exercises, athletic drills, kickboxing, calisthenics, and strength-training. The instructors focus on encouragement rather than intimidation and design each class differently to push your limits and keep your body guessing.
Zumba / Hip Hop Dance
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
