Yoga
An all-levels flow with mindful movement and modifications offered, wrapped up with a restful Savasana.
Barre
Barre workout is a low-impact exercise routine that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training. Barre focuses on engaging muscles through small, controlled movement, often targeting specific muscles to fatigue, followed by stretching. This helps build strength, improve flexibility and create a toned, lean physique.
Zumba
We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
