Summer starts here! As the school year winds down, it’s time to relax, decompress, and get excited about summer programs at the Y! At Healthy Kids Day, children and families will have the opportunity to learn about the importance of physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits.

Class Schedule

Wander with Purpose – 8:00am
This low-impact class includes exercises designed to help you improve flexibility, endurance, coordination, mobility, and self-confidence. Appropriate for beginners and older adults.

Take a Hike – 9:00am & 10:00am
Get back to the basics while on this guided outdoor adventure with one of our expert explorers. Includes a 10-minute introduction to hiking safety.

Make Some Waves – 11:00am & 12:00pm
The water is calling. Learn to kayak or canoe with expert instructors. Learn a new favorite skill for you to enjoy right here in Tulsa’s Backyard.
