Tumbling
Our classes are designed to teach the fundamentals of tumbling with a focus on flexibility, coordination, and muscular strength. We have multiple class levels, as well as many different tumbling coaches. As of March 1, 2024, all classes will be held in our newly renovated tumbling studio here at the Okmulgee YMCA.
Private lessons are also available by request.

Clinics
Tuck Clinic
Athletes will work on technique, connecting tucks to other skills as well as standing tucks. MUST HAVE STANDING BACKHNDSPING and ROUND OFF BACK HANDSPING
Back Handspring Clinic
Athletes will work on learning running/standing back handsprings, round-off back handspring, and back handspring series as well as cleaning & proper technique. MUST HAVE A BACK WALKOVER and A SRONG ROUND OFF
