This 4-week strength training program helps youth learn the fundamentals of strength training while building muscle through a variety of techniques. This youth fitness program educates and emphasizes the importance of strength training and how to properly use fitness equipment in a safe and fun manner. This program is taught by certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Kel McKenzie.
