United Way 5K
Welcome to the 5K Your Way. This is a fundraiser that the YMCA is conducting for the Tulsa
Area United Way. You are allowed to complete the 5K however you want. You can walk it, hike it, swim it, crawl it….. Its up to you. This is not a completion so feel free to do your best and share your tie with your YMCA friends if you prefer. please complete the 5K by October 28.
You can do multiple distances each day to get to your 3.2 miles (of 5K). Please reach out to your fitness director with any questions.
