Iron Men
Every man is in a different stage of his fitness journey, and our trainers design sessions to meet the goals of each participant.
Our Iron Men Program is designed specifically for men who are ready to break out of their comfort zone and push themselves in a small group setting that is inclusive and motivating – delivering muscle-building success! Our program consists of 2 or 3 days per week of weightlifting with a certified personal trainer who will encourage you every step of the way to reach your full potential and learn proper exercise form. Each session will target specific muscle group/body parts that will get you lean and toned, build confidence while utilizing proper form that will improve your posture.
Daily
Men build strength & transform their bodies. Iron Men work to improve posture, increase strength, and lose mass. You’ll see the biggest transformation to your body in years. Iron Men learn proper exercise form & technique in classes taught by certified instructors. Wear exercise gear & bring a water bottle!
