MX4 is a 30-minute, explosive, exciting and intense workout led by a Personal Trainer that is sure to bring maximum results!
The originally-created programming includes the MX4 Small Group Training Course, addressing multiple aspects of fitness — cardio, power, strength and endurance. Variety is key in participants fitness needs and MX4 continuously challenges and mixes up movements to create a total body-experience each time. MX4 programming is made up of easily scalable total-body workouts that integrate best-in-class functional training accessories. Participants receive the direction, accountability and motivation they need to get results.
MX4 is offered at the Tandy and Downtown Tulsa YMCA Locations. Whether you stop-in for a quick class or buy a punch card , we have 16 weekly times to choose from between two branches. Join us for MX4 today!
