From water aerobics to strength and conditioning classes, active seniors—or those who wish to be more active—can find a wide range of choices to help improve their health and well-being. 
Seniors age 65+ and AARP Medicare Advantage members enjoy disounted pricing on membership. Visit with anyone at the front desk of any branch for details!

Senior Fit

Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and functional movement for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and balls are used for resistance training which can take place either in a chair and/or standing.
