Signing bonus, retention bonus, and competitive pay!

  • $100 YMCA Summer Aquatics Signing Bonus for lifeguards and swim instructors on your first paycheck PLUS the opportunity to earn a $150 bonus at the end of the summer
  • $100 YMCA Summer Camp Signing Bonus for camp and summer GO staff on your first paycheck PLUS the opportunity to earn a $150 bonus at the end of the summer
To qualify for the bonus:
  • MUST be on-boarded on or before June 1, 2021.
  • MUST work an average of 30 hours per week from June 1 – August 6, 2021.
    • Combination of hours in YMCA of Greater Tulsa Summer GO, Aquatics and Summer Day Camp hours is allowed
  • Must be up-to-date and in compliance for all YMCA required trainings.
  • Signing bonus is earned with the first paycheck, retention bonus is earned on August 20
